Susan is no stranger to business. Being the daughter of prominent businessman
and noted Dr. Andrews from Birmingham, AL., Susan learned from a young age
the fundamentals of running and owning successful businesses. Her father
instilled in her that a successful business is one of teamwork and she has
made that the foundation of East Coast Digital Printing, where everyone brings
and uses their talents and gifts to the company. In addition to East Coast
Digital Printing, Inc., Susan is currently the owner of Southeast Bolt & Screw
located in Birmingham, AL with her three siblings where they employ over
300 people in a manufacturing plant.

A graduate of North Carolina State University, Jack Has over 30 years experience
in management and customer service and helped to found East Coat Digital
Printing. He is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day operations.
Throughout his career Jack has shown a dedication to people and to building
an environment with the employees' input, where their ideas are valued and
utilized. His hands-on management style and his dedication to both employees
and customers will help make the company successful and empower the employees
to grow in their personal life as well as in their career skills.

As the co-founder and Sales Manager for East Coast Digital Printing Jim brings
a wealth of printing experience to the company. He has been in the printing
business since 1974 and for the past 19 years Jim has been in print sales,
specializing in the printing of Pharmaceutical Case Studies. His dedication,
work ethic and customer service are second to none and are invaluable assets
to both the company and our clients. Jim's daily responsibilities will include
growing of the sales force plus oversight of the daily production operation.

Our Customer Service Manager (CSR), Kathy Graf, has 28 years of experience
in commercial printing. With outstanding industry knowledge and a dedication
our customers Kathy will devote herself to helping you solve your biggest
documentation and communication challenges. As your CSR Kathy is your single
point of contact and she is backed by the people and technology to make it
happen. She has worked every aspect of the printing process, from conception
to completion. Her customer-driven work style insures quick, consistent quality
and customer satisfaction.

Tammy has been a Graphic Designer for over sixteen years. She has in-depth
experience in both digital and offset printing. Her background experience
includes working as a graphics consultant for a marketing firm, senior designer/art
director for two national catalog companies, senior graphic designer/pre-flight
specialist and as a manager in the digital printing industry.
